Nottingham Corporation Tramways

The memorial was formerly in the mess room at Nottingham Corporation Tramways, Trent Bridge Depot, Turney Street, Meadows (now Nottingham City Transport's Trent Bridge Garage). It is believed that the memorial was built by the Tramway's own coachbuilders. The memorial includes photographs, the majority of which show the men in uniform. Only names are given and there is no indication of who died and who served and returned. The memorial was transferred to the Galleries of Justice as the building it was in was unsafe and under threat of demolition. The Edwardian Tram Depot building was listed Grade II in February 2020.
