Cropwell Bishop - Council Primary School Memorial
Dedication: 'Cropwell Bishop Council School. This tablet was erected by the past and present scholars in honoured memory of the Old Boys from the school who served in HM Forces during the Great War 1914-1919.' The names are listed under three separate headings. 'These laid down their lives'; 'Died after discharge.' and 'Nobly did they do their duty' (served and returned). There is a signature in the bottom right hand corner of the memorial: 'William Parker. Master 1878-1920'.
