St Mary, Bleasby, Nottinghamshire, NG14 7GH. A faculty dated 28 June 1920 gave permission for a memorial cross made of Cornish granite to be erected in St Mary's churchyard. Dedication: 'This monument was erected to the memory of the men of the parishes of Bleasby and Halloughton who gave their lives in the Great war 1914-1919.' There is also a memorial on the outside wall of Bleasby village hall (formerly Bleasby church school) 'to commemorate 'the men of Bleasby and Halloughton parishes who fought in the Great War 1914-1918’. The names do not include the men who are commemorated on the war memorial in St Mary’s churchyard.
