Stapleford - Wesleyan Chapel

Wesleyan Place, Stapleford. A Grade II listed building (UID429423) dating from 1782 which has had various uses since it closed as a Methodist church. At one time it was semi-derelict and subject to vandalism. The inscription on the memorial reads, 'Sons of this church who have made the supreme sacrifice in the Great War 1914-1919. (names). Greater love hath no man than this.'
