Farnsfield's principal war memorial is located in St. Michael's churchyard, outside the church on the north side. The memorial is a stone cross mounted on a plinth and lists, alphabetically, 32 names- 27 local fatalities from the 1914-1918 war together with 5 from World War Two.

Roll of Honour and Tablet

The framed, decorated Roll of Honour and a tablet below it are located inside at the west end of the church, on the tower buttress. The Roll of Hon8our details those killed during the 1914-18 war and the tablet below it lists the fallen from World War Two.

'A Smith' appears on St Michael's internal plaque but is not included on the church's main external memorial.
